Star Cooking Episode III on Wednesday

time: Mexican hot chili con carne, homemade bread and mousse à la vanilla. Leeeecker!

for the two different types of bread :

variant I. Uno

500g flour
-> Kuhle compete in the basin center and 21 fresh - yeast "reinbrökeln"
4 tablespoons water and 1 tsp sugar Add


- mixing> in Kuhle and set bowl on a heating pot of water so the dough can first go nicely

then:
1 tsp salt 200ml water
and let go again
kneading
II variant Duo

500g wheat flour dough (baking department purchase land, eat 'everything already in it)
300ml water
-> kneading it baby! (And it felt great with his hands in the mush .. what had to muddle of Amercian Pie: D)
